What software is good for tracking phone calls?
It’s pretty simple. I have a small call center and I want to track inbound/outbound calls at each station. I want to be able to record the conversation, and be able to see how long the phone call was. My phone system is a Partner ACS with a SMDR jack. Any software suggestions? Thanks.
I am presently playing with one called NCH Toolbox. A simple search should hook you up to what they have to offer. They have many choices for all kinds of telephony tracking, recording, etc. programs available.
